Sharing Photos
For problems sharing photos via the Send a Photo page, please go to any other page and then back to the page again to reset it and try submitting your photo again after checking the following:
- Double-check that you are clicking the “Submit Post” button at the bottom.
- Double-check that you are answering the anti-spam question correctly with “man”
- If the “Success” message appeared in place of the submission form, then please be patient and give Kerrie time (up to 1-2 days) to approve the photo and add it to the Gallery. It may need to be resized, or modified before being posted.
If an error message, or a blank white page appeared:
- Make sure you are uploading a standard format image file. (.jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .png)
- Check your photo size to make sure it is not larger than 2150 x 1700px.
- Reduce file size to less than 2MB.
- Rename file, removing capital letters, special characters and spaces.
If you are still having problems, please use the contact form below.
